Higgins Yacht Yard is the last full-service boatyard in the town of St. Michaels. We are located at the foot of Carpenter Street on the harbor front, adjacent to our Two Swan Inn Bed and Breakfast and our Cygnet Cottage vacation rental.

Transient slips are available at competitive prices and our location is superb! Only two blocks to town center, one block to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, and one block to most harbor front restaurants.

We offer such services as boat restoration which have included some of the bays most renowned log canoes such as the Edmee S., Island Lark, Silver Heel and Oliver's Gift. In 1999 we became the home of the Bay Hundred line of custom power yachts.

 

Transient Slip Rates: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday) 2- night rate - $2.00/foot/night
Each additional night, $1.50/foot/night
One night rate - $2.50/foot/night

Check In Time: 1pm   Check Out: 12 Noon
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, except on Holiday weekends (72 hour policy).  You must call by 12:00 noon the day prior to your expected arrival or we will charge your reservation.

We honor Marinelife Members. (You must have card present to recieve 10% off transient slip dockage.)

Hourly dockage when available.

We accept Mastercard, Visa or cash.
